On August 25th 2012, I made a promise to myself, and the world that in 2013 I would hit the road, driving across America and empowering individuals, businesses and communities in need along the way.

As I drove out of my driveway and embarked upon the journey of a lifetime I was overcome by a wave of emotion as I realized I was keeping the promise I made almost a year ago.

Now, we ALL that keeping promises can sometimes  be pretty darn hard, but it gets alot easier when you create accountability in the promising. When I declared that dream. I filled out a Dream Declaration  and placed it front and center on my refrigerator. This time, every time I went to grab something to eat, my promise was staring me dead in my face.

Do that enough times and you are sure to do one of two things: 1. Continue to ignore what’s right in front of you, or 2. Actually DO something about it.

I did.

When people began hearing about my plans to drive across America empowering Dreamers to DO, they began inviting me to their towns in hopes of receiving the support they need to make their dreams come alive.

So far we have traveled over 4500 miles in service of Dreams. Exploring, connecting and supporting people from ALL walks of life. The youngest dreamer was 6 and the oldest was 70.

One of the things we have learned while on the road is that if we are to create a world illuminated with power and joy, we have to do it individual by individual, and community by community. In each town I visit, my main goal is to empower aspirations and inspire action. Everyone has a goal or dream that they either brought to fruition or that they yearn to one day make happen. There are so many lessons to be learned from the journey of taking an idea from thought to action. We must Dream AND do.

I am honored to be doing my part and making a difference while living my dream. Join us along the journey! Register for DreamDay2013 EVERYONE deserves an opportunity to reach their goals. Let’s start living the dream TODAY!
