About Whitney Ortiz

Whitney Ortiz is a social entrepreneur, knowledge broker, and transformational stress relief and positive mindset mentor. She’s the founder of Whole Health Self-Care, a global platform through which women leaders access stress relief and positive mindset mentorship, self-care packages, and the “Whole Health Series”.

The “Whole Health Series” spotlights women leaders from around the world who highlight the importance of caring for their whole self – mind, body, and spirit – so they have the capacity to fully express their potentials while experiencing wellbeing, fulfillment, and inner peace. Whitney also is the founder of the non-profit organization, Eliana’s Light, which supports the whole health and wellbeing of families with children who have complex medical conditions.

Whitney has also worked to increase and improve economic opportunities for young people throughout the world through her international development and policy career. She speaks English and Spanish, and resides in Washington, DC.

My Dream:

My dream for the new world is a world free from oppression; and one that is more equitable, just, and full of opportunities for all of humanity to openly express the fullest of their potential from the knowing they are love. Humanity collectively expresses its being of love through kindness, compassion, and caring for all of its members and for the environment. It’s a world where everyone has access to the knowledge and the means to care for one’s whole health, wellness and wellbeing, and who takes the actions to care for oneself and others, thus creating positive ripple effects of capacity and connection throughout communities. It’s a world where women and girls are equal collaborators with men and boys, together co-creating systems and structures that enable all of us and our earth to thrive.
