About Ida Mancini
She had nine years of professional experience as a Gestalt Counsellor and five years of professional experience as a Coach.
Ida specialize in organizing Gestalt experiential workshops, seminars, and events to promote wellbeing. She arrange counseling sessions that develop people’s interpersonal relationships and help them gain self-awareness and initiate positive change.
As a coach, she utilize the Gestalt methodology to help people achieve their personal and professional objectives. Through interpersonal communication, active listening and the use of feedback, I enable them to tap into their own creative resources. This process helps foster creativity and facilitates progress towards their goals which stimulates reflections, self awareness, improves their performance and maximize their potential.
She have developed a strong understanding of international and multicultural working environments due to my extensive work experience. In addition, I have cultivated an atmosphere of tolerance and respect for all minority groups.
Ida acquired strong organizational skills and naturally gifted with soft skills such as emotional intelligence, communication, flexibility, problem solving, and particularly empathy. I am reliable and highly motivated, consistently facing tasks with enthusiasm and a strong sense of responsibility.
