About Daniel Brunner
Daniel Brunner is a naturopath, teacher, musician, and visionary from Munich, Germany. Together with his wife Irán Álvarez, he is currently building the Xpiro‘ol retreat center at the Riviera Maya in Mexico to create a space where healing can happen on a truly holistic level, including body, mind, soul, and spirit. Furthermore, this dream will become a base for other dreams to be born and manifested: Xpiro’ol will serve as a connection hub for visionaries from around the world to unite and create interdisciplinary therapeutical approaches for our future.
Having a deep connection with ancient traditions and being fascinated by new discoveries, Daniel unites modern scientific views with old wisdom to support his clients on their individual journeys. His love for music and rhythms is reflected by his profound understanding of the cycles that can be found in nature and the cosmos around us. In 2019 he founded the project “Söhne des Lebens” (Sons of Life) to explore the topic of healthy and sacred masculinity in men circles, workshops and experiences.
