About Jose Montemayor
Jose Montemayor Alba is a multi-disciplinary artist, international speaker, and entrepreneur innovating in the field of transformative technology. Jose’s ambition to nurture a healthy relationship between humans and technology has led him to create and design integral modalities and methodologies of delivering transformative learning practices through digital and traditional mediums. He has internationally spoken and showcased his work at various conferences such as the International Transpersonal Conference, Beyond the Brain, Immersive Technologies for Healthcare, Breaking Convention, Eurotas 19, the 50th Anniversary of the Association of Transpersonal Psychology, Beyond Psychedelics, Mystics & Scientist, and the Transformative Technology Conference. In his work and life, he explores the synergy between art and science, the symbiosis between technology and spirituality, and the synthesis between ancient and modern paradigms. He is a board member of the Scientific & Medical Network, co-founder of an immersive transformative learning startup called “Lucid Life”, founder of an XR conscious immersive media studio named “Virtual Awakening”, as well as co-director of “The Cyberdelic Society”, a community of visionaries and cybernauts who are exploring, designing and developing cyberdelic technologies & transformative gaming. He now lives between London and Mexico City, loves visiting ancient sites, and learning about wisdom traditions. Is in constant fascination with Nature and the Cosmos. Enjoys practicing Meditation, Tai-Chi, Qi-Gong, Yoga, Conscious Dreaming but his all-time favorite activities are dancing and playing.
